Winemaking : 80% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are vinified in temperature-controlled tanks where fermentation takes place for 8 days, followed by maceration 3 weeks (depending on the vintage). The maturation of red wine takes about 18 to 24 months, from assembling the grapes to bottling .
Serve with all dishes.

Nose: intense and has a beautiful complexity of black fruit (cherry, blackberry), spices and vanilla and woody flavors.
Tasting: a rich, full structure, with firm tannins just waiting to soften with time. Perhaps enjoyed today by some consumers, or accompanied with meat.
Winemaking: 75% Merlot , 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. Matured for 12 months in oak barrels.
Serve with all dishes, especially with meat, sauces and cheese.

Bordeaux Claret "Sarah Cuvée"
The “fun wine” : an original and extremely attractive wine, combining finesse, roundness, freshness and lightness.
This typical wine, which is an alternative to red and rosé, is exclusively produced in the Gironde. It is among the few Clairet exported to the United States. Drink within the year.

Nose: intense and fruity. Aromas of strawberry, redcurrant and cherry.
Taste: Very fruity, expressive and fleshy, this Bordeaux Claret naturally called gluttony...
Winemaking: Bordeaux Claret comes from the same grapes as the red wines, with 80% Merlot and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. Elaborated by bleeding and lightly loaded in tannins, it is unique in its taste and aromatic character, very flexible. It is fermented at low temperatures to preserve all its freshness and notes of roses and red fruits can be found. Maceration time (between 36 and 48 hours) makes it affirmed and a vinous rosé, hence its particular color.
A young fresh wine and very easy to drink, served on all occasions. A very pleasant aperitif, it is also ideal with starters, meat, white meats and grilled meat, not to mention salads and desserts.

Nose: very expressive and full of elegance. It is rich with white flowers and exotic fruits.
Tasting: this wine will seduce you with its elegant aromas and freshness.
Winemaking: 80% sauvignon blanc, 20% sémillon. The Sauvignon Blanc, major grape variety, is harvested very early in the morning and gives a great freshness to the wine. Skin maceration during 1 or 2 hours before a soft pressing. Traditional Bordeaux vinification in temperature controlled stainless steel vats. Breeding on fine lees and stirring of the lees twice a week. This wine can easily be drunk alone or with lighter cuisine such as seafood.
